Carriers & Coverage: We ship to most countries via DHL, UPS, and FedEx. We can’t ship to P.O. boxes or sanctioned regions (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk).

Processing Time: Orders placed Mon–Fri before 14:00 (local warehouse time) ship the same day; otherwise, next business day.

Address Changes: Update requests are possible until your order ships. After dispatch, please contact the courier directly.

Failed Delivery: Undeliverable packages are returned to us. We’ll refund the product price minus original shipping once received.

Lost/Damaged in Transit: If tracking hasn’t moved for 7+ business days or the parcel arrives damaged, contact support within 7 days of the delivery date—we’ll investigate and replace or refund as appropriate.
